PERALTA AREA is a neighborhood of rolling hills, joggers, dog walkers, singing birds, lovely homes from luxury estates to charming condos, and GOOD NEIGHBORS.   Peralta used to be the name for all of Anaheim Hills before it was incorporated;  but we will focus on the pleasant neighborhoods surrounding our parks - Peralta (recreational) and Pelanconi (nature).
